Bringing Lifesaving Support to Gaza’s Children
In Gaza, the humanitarian crisis is beyond words. Every day, our team is on the ground, distributing food and essential supplies to those most in need—infants, toddlers, families. While we bring relief to as many as possible, the reality is staggering: 96% of Gaza’s population faces acute food insecurity, with nearly half a million people living in catastrophic conditions.
As we walk through the streets, we see the hunger, the desperation. We witness parents who haven’t had a proper meal in days, mixing animal feed with flour to create something resembling bread. The gratitude they show fills our hearts, but the heartbreaking truth is that it’s not enough. The smiles from a parent receiving food for their child, the whispered words of thanks, remind us of the impact we’re making—but it also reminds us how much more needs to be done.
One mother we helped shared her struggle: “Thank you for the help you’ve provided,” she said, holding the small package of food we gave her. “But I still don’t know how I’ll feed my child tomorrow.” Her story is echoed by thousands—people living with constant uncertainty, unsure of when their next meal will come.
The numbers speak for themselves: 2.15 million people in Gaza are facing crisis levels of hunger or worse, and without immediate and sustained aid, the situation will only deteriorate further. Despite increased deliveries to some areas, famine is still a very real threat, particularly in Northern Gaza. Almost 30% of children in some areas are acutely malnourished, a tragic reality that grows worse every day this conflict continues.
Our team is doing everything we can, but the need is overwhelming. Each meal we distribute is a small victory, but with over 1.1 million people projected to face famine conditions, the scope of the crisis is vast. We see the strength and resilience in those we help, but we also see the urgency—without more support, more aid, and more compassion from the global community, the suffering will persist.
Every bit helps. Every donation, every message of support, every effort to raise awareness makes a difference in the lives of the families we serve. But we need more—more resources, more hands, more hope. We are asking for your help. Together, we can provide life-saving relief to those who need it most.
As one parent told us with tears in their eyes, “I appeal to anyone with a heart.” That plea is for all of us. Let’s answer it with action. Together, we can make sure no one is left behind in this crisis.
